Co-Founder, RN, BScN, MBA
Cailynn Bateson, is a Registered Nurse (RN) committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services with a refined personal touch. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), an Executive Master's of Business Administration (EMBA), and specialized training as an Advanced Cosmetic Nurse Injector.
Cailynn's dedication to ongoing education is underscored by certifications in Advanced Leadership & Management, IV Therapy/Phlebotomy, NRP, and ACLS. In the realm of medical aesthetics, she holds certificates in Advanced Botulinum Toxin, Dermal Fillers and Platelet-Rich Plasma & Mesotherapy from the esteemed Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA).
Her professional ethos revolves around enhancing your well-being, client safety and building confidence while ensuring a seamless fusion of high-quality healthcare with a personalized approach.

Crystal Troup
Co-Founder, NP- PHC, FNP-C, MN, BScN
Crystal Troup is a Canadian and American Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) who has been providing elite medical care for over 13 years. With advanced training and a specialty in Primary Health Care, she prides herself in delivering comprehensive clinical care based on evidence based practice to ensure the best care for you and your loved ones in all ages and stages of life.
Her training and experiences allows her to competently diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret medical tests, prescribe medications and perform medical procedures.
Her profound passion for holistic wellness makes her a leader in her field and respected among her colleagues. She values the therapeutic relationship and shared decision making with her patients to improve health outcomes and becomes easily trusted and valued by her patients.
Dr. Corey Lapp
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Corey is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who has been helping women get to the root cause of their health concerns for over 10 years. Corey achieved her four-year postgraduate Doctor of Naturopathy Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and is registered to practice through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
Dr. Corey believes that every woman has the power to change their health and their life and believes that our relationships, our children, and our families thrive when we take care of ourselves first. She believes that women are looking for more when it comes to healthcare and looking for answers that go beyond conventional practices. With a passion for hormonal and metabolic health she treats a wide variety of concerns from weight and stress management to digestive and peri-menopausal concerns.
Monica Ellison
Registered Massage Therapist
Monica has been a Registered Massage Therapist for five years and has developed a strong passion for facial massage and Brazilian lymphatic drainage, completing extensive training in both.
Her facial treatments focus on TMJ dysfunction, jaw tension, headaches, migraines, and supporting lymphatic flow using techniques such as buccal massage, gua sha, and sculpting facial work. Her Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage treatments support the body’s natural detoxification process, helping reduce puffiness, improve circulation, boost immunity, and promote overall balance.
With a background as a Personal Support Worker, Monica brings empathy and patience to her client-centered approach. She is dedicated to helping clients feel their best by combining therapeutic results with deeply relaxing experiences.
Shayla Caswell
Medical Aesthetician & Skincare Lead
With 9 years of experience in the beauty industry, Shayla is a Medical Aesthetician who has dedicated almost an entire decade to helping clients feel confident in their skin, from the inside out. Shayla began in this industry out of a personal desire to feel confident in her own skin. After struggling for years with cystic acne, endless trips to the doctor and dermatologist - she felt she still wasn’t getting to the root of her skin issues. Deciding to take matters into her own hands, Shayla made a commitment to educate herself on what it truly takes to heal the skin from the inside - out. Shayla takes a wellness-focused approach to skin health, looking beyond surface-level aesthetics to understand the root causes of skin concerns.
She is highly experienced in all skin treatments including Medical Grace Facials, all levels of Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Growth Factors, Morpheus8, IPL, Laser Hair Removal and has worked with various medical grade skincare companies over the years.
